We are famous for traditional English cooking, especially our Roast Beef and Steak and Kidney Puddings. We serve a full range of freshly cooked food using local produce where possible, cater for vegetarians, and are more than happy to cook taking into account any dietary requirement you may have - however if you contact us in advance we do appreciate it, especially at busy times or when we may need to buy ingredients.

We have a seasonal menu, supported with an excellent wine list.

If you prefer a private room, this can be organised for numbers of 8 and above.

Bar snacks are also available in our sitting room, bar, garden room and, weather permitting, the garden.
